SABALIN DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery of goods
When purchasing goods from the online store www.sabalin.lt, the Buyer selects the most suitable delivery method from the options provided and undertakes to provide an accurate delivery address.
Processing of the order begins once payment has been received, unless otherwise expressly stated in the online store.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the goods within the stated time limits, the Seller shall immediately inform the Buyer of the change and, where necessary, agree on another reasonable delivery time.
If the Seller fails to deliver the goods within the agreed time limit, the Buyer has the right to require delivery within an additional reasonable period. If the goods are not delivered within this additional period, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally and recover the amounts paid in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. This information must be presented clearly in view of the deficiencies concerning delivery times identified in the inspection report.
Receipt of goods
Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment and its packaging. If the packaging is damaged, the shipment contains goods that were not ordered, the quantity is incorrect, or the product is incomplete, the Buyer must inform the Seller as soon as possible by email at shop@sabalin.lt and provide photographs of the damage.
If the Buyer accepts the shipment and does not report any obvious external damage, the shipment shall be deemed to have been delivered in good condition.
Payment for goods
Goods purchased from the online store may be paid for using the following methods:
- Electronic banking.
- Bank transfer.
- Payment to the courier upon delivery or at a parcel locker, if this payment method is offered for the specific order during checkout.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. General provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter, the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding document for the parties. They establish the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, the procedures for delivery and returns, the parties’ liability, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods through the online store www.sabalin.lt.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.
1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded when the Buyer creates a shopping cart in the online store, provides a delivery address, selects a payment method, acknowledges the Terms, and clicks the “Buy” button.
2. Protection of personal data
2.1. When ordering goods from www.sabalin.lt, the Buyer must provide the information requested during the purchase process: first name, surname, email address, telephone number, and exact delivery address.
2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information when placing the order.
2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
2.4. The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only where the Buyer has given explicit consent.
2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except where required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or where the Buyer has given separate consent.
3. Rights and obligations of the Buyer
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept the goods.
3.2. The Buyer must provide complete, detailed, and accurate information in the checkout form.
3.3. If the Buyer’s information provided in the order form changes, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale in accordance with these Terms and the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.5. By placing an order through www.sabalin.lt, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and undertakes to comply with them and with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Rights and obligations of the Seller
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions necessary for the Buyer to use the services offered by www.sabalin.lt properly.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to impair the stability or security of the online store or breaches their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the Buyer’s access to the online store.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy and to process the Buyer’s personal data only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer under the conditions set out in these Terms.
4.5. In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the online store after informing Buyers accordingly.
4.6. The Seller has the right to amend these Terms by publishing the amendments in the online store. Amendments take effect upon publication and apply to orders placed after publication.
5. Ordering goods, prices and payment procedure
5.1. The Buyer may shop in the online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5.2. Orders are accepted only through www.sabalin.lt.
5.3. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.
5.4. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order at the time of ordering or by another selected method offered by the Seller during checkout.
5.5. Processing of the order begins after payment has been received, unless otherwise expressly stated during checkout.
5.6. If the Buyer fails to make payment, the order may be cancelled.
6. Delivery of goods
6.1. The Buyer undertakes to provide an accurate delivery location.
6.2. Goods are dispatched after payment has been confirmed.
6.3. The standard delivery times are:
- collection from the store — the same business day;
- Venipak parcel locker / collection point — within 2–3 business days;
- Venipak courier — within 2–3 business days.
6.4. If delivery may be delayed due to objective circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, the Seller shall immediately inform the Buyer.
6.5. If the Seller fails to deliver the goods within the agreed time limit, the Buyer has the right to require delivery within an additional reasonable period. If the goods are not delivered within that additional period, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract and recover the amounts paid in accordance with applicable law.
6.6. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, contains goods that were not ordered, contains an incorrect quantity, or is incomplete.
6.7. Where damage is identified, the Buyer must provide the Seller with photographs of the damaged shipment and/or goods by email at shop@sabalin.lt.
The inspection report identified the absence of clear information about delivery times as one of the infringements; this section has therefore been drafted in greater detail.
7. Product quality and statutory warranty
7.1. All information about goods sold through www.sabalin.lt is provided in the description accompanying each product.
7.2. The colour, shape, or other visual characteristics of the goods may differ slightly from the actual goods due to the display characteristics of the device used by the Buyer.
7.3. All goods sold to consumers are covered by the two-year statutory warranty established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, calculated from the date on which the goods are delivered.
7.4. If the Buyer receives goods of inadequate quality and the Seller did not disclose the defects to the Buyer, the Buyer has the right, at their discretion and in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, to require the Seller to:
- replace the goods of inadequate quality with goods of satisfactory quality;
- reduce the price of the goods accordingly;
- remedy the defects free of charge within a reasonable period or reimburse the costs of remedying the defects;
- refund the amount paid and terminate the contract where permitted by law.
7.5. The Buyer may submit a claim regarding a lack of conformity within two years from the date on which the goods are delivered.
7.6. These Terms do not restrict or exclude any consumer rights established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
8. Marketing and information
8.1. The Seller may organise various promotions and offers in the online store www.sabalin.lt.
8.2. The Seller has the right to amend or cancel the terms of promotions unilaterally. Changes take effect upon publication.
8.3. The Seller sends notifications to the Buyer at the email address specified in the order form.
8.4. The Buyer shall send all questions and notices using the contact details provided in the “Contacts” section of the online store.
8.5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive information or confirmation messages due to internet connectivity issues, disruptions affecting email service providers, messages being delivered to the spam folder, or incorrectly supplied information.
8.6. The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only under the conditions specified in clause 2.4 of these Terms.
9. Final provisions
9.1. These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.3. Any disputes arising from the performance of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10. Resolution of consumer disputes
10.1. The Buyer must first submit any request or complaint regarding goods or services purchased from the online store to the Seller using the following contact details:

10.2. If the Seller’s response is unsatisfactory or the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, a request or complaint concerning goods or services purchased from our online store may be submitted to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority at Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius; email: tarnyba@vvtat.lt; tel.: +370 5 262 6751; website: www.vvtat.lt; to its regional divisions; or through the Consumer Rights Information System (VTIS).
10.3. The consumer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
11. Information on returning goods
Information on returning goods is provided in the “Returns” section below.
RETURNS
Return of goods of satisfactory quality
- If the purchased goods do not meet the Buyer’s expectations, the size is unsuitable, or the wrong goods were received, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery or collection.
- Returned goods must be unused, retain their saleable appearance, be undamaged, and include the original labels, protective materials, and original packaging where these are necessary to assess the condition of the goods.
- The Buyer is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- When returning goods of satisfactory quality, the Buyer bears the direct cost of returning them, except where otherwise provided by law.
- The Seller shall refund the amount paid for the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller receives the Buyer’s notice of withdrawal. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or the Buyer provides evidence that the goods have been sent to the Seller, whichever occurs first.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Buyer’s specifications, clearly personalised to meet individual needs, or in other cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Return of defective goods
- If the Buyer has purchased goods of inadequate quality and the Seller did not disclose the defects, the Buyer has the right, at their discretion, to require the Seller to:
- replace the goods of inadequate quality with goods of satisfactory quality;
- reduce the price of the goods accordingly;
- remedy the defects free of charge within a reasonable period or reimburse the costs of remedying the defects;
- refund the amount paid and terminate the contract where permitted by law.
- The Buyer may return goods of inadequate quality to the SABALIN store at Žemaitės g. 145, 76139 Šiauliai.
- The Buyer must submit proof of purchase and a completed return form together with the returned goods. The return form is available here.
- When returning goods of inadequate quality, the Buyer must inform the Seller by email at shop@sabalin.lt and, if the Buyer has incurred return costs, provide supporting documents.
- A refund for goods of inadequate quality that have been validly returned shall be made to the same account or by the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.
- The consumer has the right to submit claims regarding a lack of conformity within two years from the date on which the goods are delivered.
Return of goods purchased from a physical store
Goods purchased from a physical store must be returned to the store in which they were purchased. Proof of purchase is required. For further information, the Buyer should contact the physical store at Žemaitės g. 145, 76139 Šiauliai.
