Increasing the company's potential by implementing original design solutions
The field of activity of UAB “Sabalin” is footwear production, modeling, wholesale and retail trade. The company produces children’s, women’s, men’s and special purpose leather footwear, most of which, i.e. about 90% is exported to Germany, England, Finland. In order to increase the potential of the company and the attractiveness and demand of the products, the company is implementing the project “Increasing the potential of the company by implementing original design solutions”. The project is implemented according to the measure “Dizainas LT” partially financed by the funds of the European Regional Development Fund. To implement the project, up to EUR 30,000.00 has been allocated to finance eligible expenses. The total value of the project is EUR 60,000.00. During the implementation of the project, an original design of footwear and its packaging will be created for 3 groups. The project was launched in 2020. July 12 and will be implemented by 2022. January 14
The implementation of the project will allow the creation of stylish summer, autumn and/or winter footwear for children, as well as women’s and men’s footwear, their packaging, the design of which takes into account the needs of modern people. The footwear will be of high quality, functional and comfortable for the user. The purpose of these original designs is not only to attract the attention of existing and new consumers thus increasing the demand for products, but also to solve social and ecological problems.
After the implementation of the project, the company’s potential, productivity and sales (export) volumes will increase, which will increase the company’s work productivity and profitability, which is a necessary condition for the sustainable and long-term development and expansion of the company. With the help of the project, the company’s long-term awareness and added value will be formed, which will have a direct impact on the company’s competitiveness and establishment in the Lithuanian and foreign markets many years after the implementation of the project.
UAB "Sabalin" activity development, implementing e. commercial models
Sabalin UAB is a manufacturer of a wide range of leather footwear. In order to increase the company’s income and profitability, the company is carrying out the project “UAB Sabalin” activity development, implementing e. commercial models”. The project is implemented according to the measure “E. business model for COVID-19”. EUR 49,725.00 has been allocated for the implementation of the project from the European Regional Development Fund. The total value of the project is EUR 66,300.00. During the implementation of the project, customer self-service e-mail will be created. integration of trading platform and resource management system. The project was launched in 2022. February 24 and will be implemented by 2023. February 21
The implementation of the customer self-service solution and the conditions created for the sale of manufactured footwear using online trade will allow the company to attract customers who are always in a hurry, expand the circle of customers, and expand the markets. This will increase the volume of sales, increase the company’s competitiveness and profitability. An integrated resource management system will optimize the work of the company’s employees and this will increase work productivity and the company’s productivity.
After the implementation of the project, the company’s potential, productivity and sales volumes will increase, which is a necessary condition for the sustainable and long-term development and expansion of the company.
