If the goods are not delivered within this additional period, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally and recover the amounts paid in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. This information must be presented clearly in view of the deficiencies concerning delivery times identified in the inspection report.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Receipt of goods<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment and its packaging. If the packaging is damaged, the shipment contains goods that were not ordered, the quantity is incorrect, or the product is incomplete, the Buyer must inform the Seller as soon as possible by email at <\/span><a href=\"mailto:shop@sabalin.lt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shop@sabalin.lt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and provide photographs of the damage.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Buyer accepts the shipment and does not report any obvious external damage, the shipment shall be deemed to have been delivered in good condition.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment for goods<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Goods purchased from the online store may be paid for using the following methods:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Electronic banking.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bank transfer.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment to the courier upon delivery or at a parcel locker, if this payment method is offered for the specific order during checkout.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/span><\/h1><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. General provisions<\/span><\/h2><p><b>1.1.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> These terms and conditions for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter, the \u201cTerms\u201d) constitute a legally binding document for the parties. They establish the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, the procedures for delivery and returns, the parties\u2019 liability, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods through the online store <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sabalin.lt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.sabalin.lt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>1.2.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.<\/span><\/p><p><b>1.3.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded when the Buyer creates a shopping cart in the online store, provides a delivery address, selects a payment method, acknowledges the Terms, and clicks the \u201cBuy\u201d button.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Protection of personal data<\/span><\/h2><p><b>2.1.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> When ordering goods from <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sabalin.lt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.sabalin.lt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the Buyer must provide the information requested during the purchase process: first name, surname, email address, telephone number, and exact delivery address.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2.2.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information when placing the order.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2.3.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2.4.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Buyer\u2019s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only where the Buyer has given explicit consent.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2.5.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer\u2019s personal data to third parties, except where required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or where the Buyer has given separate consent.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Rights and obligations of the Buyer<\/span><\/h2><p><b>3.1.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept the goods.<\/span><\/p><p><b>3.2.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Buyer must provide complete, detailed, and accurate information in the checkout form.<\/span><\/p><p><b>3.3.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If the Buyer\u2019s information provided in the order form changes, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.<\/span><\/p><p><b>3.4.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale in accordance with these Terms and the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/span><\/p><p><b>3.5.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> By placing an order through <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sabalin.lt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.sabalin.lt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and undertakes to comply with them and with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Rights and obligations of the Seller<\/span><\/h2><p><b>4.1.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions necessary for the Buyer to use the services offered by <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sabalin.lt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.sabalin.lt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> properly.<\/span><\/p><p><b>4.2.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If the Buyer attempts to impair the stability or security of the online store or breaches their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the Buyer\u2019s access to the online store.<\/span><\/p><p><b>4.3.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer\u2019s right to privacy and to process the Buyer\u2019s personal data only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.<\/span><\/p><p><b>4.4.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer under the conditions set out in these Terms.<\/span><\/p><p><b>4.5.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the online store after informing Buyers accordingly.<\/span><\/p><p><b>4.6.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Seller has the right to amend these Terms by publishing the amendments in the online store. Amendments take effect upon publication and apply to orders placed after publication.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. Ordering goods, prices and payment procedure<\/span><\/h2><p><b>5.1.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Buyer may shop in the online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5.2.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Orders are accepted only through <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sabalin.lt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.sabalin.lt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5.3.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5.4.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order at the time of ordering or by another selected method offered by the Seller during checkout.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5.5.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Processing of the order begins after payment has been received, unless otherwise expressly stated during checkout.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5.6.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If the Buyer fails to make payment, the order may be cancelled.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6. Delivery of goods<\/span><\/h2><p><b>6.1.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Buyer undertakes to provide an accurate delivery location.<\/span><\/p><p><b>6.2.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Goods are dispatched after payment has been confirmed.<\/span><\/p><p><b>6.3.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The standard delivery times are:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">collection from the store \u2014 the same business day;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Venipak parcel locker \/ collection point \u2014 within 2\u20133 business days;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Venipak courier \u2014 within 2\u20133 business days.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>6.4.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If delivery may be delayed due to objective circumstances beyond the Seller\u2019s control, the Seller shall immediately inform the Buyer.<\/span><\/p><p><b>6.5.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If the Seller fails to deliver the goods within the agreed time limit, the Buyer has the right to require delivery within an additional reasonable period. If the goods are not delivered within that additional period, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract and recover the amounts paid in accordance with applicable law.<\/span><\/p><p><b>6.6.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, contains goods that were not ordered, contains an incorrect quantity, or is incomplete.<\/span><\/p><p><b>6.7.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Where damage is identified, the Buyer must provide the Seller with photographs of the damaged shipment and\/or goods by email at <\/span><a href=\"mailto:shop@sabalin.lt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shop@sabalin.lt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The inspection report identified the absence of clear information about delivery times as one of the infringements; this section has therefore been drafted in greater detail.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7. Product quality and statutory warranty<\/span><\/h2><p><b>7.1.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> All information about goods sold through <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sabalin.lt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.sabalin.lt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is provided in the description accompanying each product.<\/span><\/p><p><b>7.2.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The colour, shape, or other visual characteristics of the goods may differ slightly from the actual goods due to the display characteristics of the device used by the Buyer.<\/span><\/p><p><b>7.3.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> All goods sold to consumers are covered by the two-year statutory warranty established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, calculated from the date on which the goods are delivered.<\/span><\/p><p><b>7.4.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If the Buyer receives goods of inadequate quality and the Seller did not disclose the defects to the Buyer, the Buyer has the right, at their discretion and in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, to require the Seller to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">replace the goods of inadequate quality with goods of satisfactory quality;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reduce the price of the goods accordingly;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">remedy the defects free of charge within a reasonable period or reimburse the costs of remedying the defects;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">refund the amount paid and terminate the contract where permitted by law.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>7.5.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Buyer may submit a claim regarding a lack of conformity within two years from the date on which the goods are delivered.<\/span><\/p><p><b>7.6.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> These Terms do not restrict or exclude any consumer rights established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8. Marketing and information<\/span><\/h2><p><b>8.1.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Seller may organise various promotions and offers in the online store <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sabalin.lt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.sabalin.lt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>8.2.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Seller has the right to amend or cancel the terms of promotions unilaterally. Changes take effect upon publication.<\/span><\/p><p><b>8.3.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Seller sends notifications to the Buyer at the email address specified in the order form.<\/span><\/p><p><b>8.4.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Buyer shall send all questions and notices using the contact details provided in the \u201cContacts\u201d section of the online store.<\/span><\/p><p><b>8.5.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive information or confirmation messages due to internet connectivity issues, disruptions affecting email service providers, messages being delivered to the spam folder, or incorrectly supplied information.<\/span><\/p><p><b>8.6.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Buyer\u2019s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only under the conditions specified in clause 2.4 of these Terms.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9. Final provisions<\/span><\/h2><p><b>9.1.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/span><\/p><p><b>9.2.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/span><\/p><p><b>9.3.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Any disputes arising from the performance of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10. Information on returning goods<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information on returning goods is provided in the \u201cReturns\u201d section below.<\/span><\/p><h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RETURNS<\/span><\/h1><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Return of goods of satisfactory quality<\/span><\/h2><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the purchased goods do not meet the Buyer\u2019s expectations, the size is unsuitable, or the wrong goods were received, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery or collection.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Returned goods must be unused, retain their saleable appearance, be undamaged, and include the original labels, protective materials, and original packaging where these are necessary to assess the condition of the goods.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Buyer is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When returning goods of satisfactory quality, the Buyer bears the direct cost of returning them, except where otherwise provided by law.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Seller shall refund the amount paid for the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller receives the Buyer\u2019s notice of withdrawal.
